Welcome to Student Abroad Help (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, booking a consultation, or submitting a payment through our Stripe payment link, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Nature of Services

Student Abroad Help provides online educational consulting, academic advisory, and student support services. These services include admissions guidance, documentation review, strategic advisory, and related consulting.

2. Fees & Payments

All payments must be completed before any advisory session or service is delivered. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and an electronic receipt will be emailed to you.

3. No Refund Policy (Digital Consulting Services)

Our services are professional, time-based, and delivered digitally.
For this reason: All payments are final and non-refundable.
This applies to:

  • Consultation Sessions
  • Advisory services
  • Document or application review
  • Preparation services
  • Reserved appointment times
  • Missed or unattended appointments

Once payment is submitted, no refund, credit, or cancellation will be issued.

4. No Chargebacks / Payment Disputes

By making a payment, you acknowledge:

  • You are purchasing a non-tangible, non-returnable consulting service
  • The fee reflects professional time and expertise
  • You agree not to dispute or reverse the charge through your bank or card issuer

If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide all supporting documentation to Stripe and the card issuer, including communication history, booking confirmations, and service records.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and academic information
  • Attend scheduled consultations
  • Use services ethically

We do not guarantee admissions, scholarships, funding, or visa approvals.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for decisions made by:

  • Universities
  • Colleges
  • Scholarship committees
  • Visa officers
  • Third-party organizations

Our role is advisory only.
